If you are a natural people-person who is goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment, this is your opportunity.-----What You&rsquo;ll Do (Responsibilities)<ul><li>Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and expertly match them with the right products and services.</li><li>Drive sales of phones, accessories, and wireless plans while delivering an outstanding customer experience.</li><li>Maintain the store&rsquo;s professional appearance and ensure all product displays and devices are fully functional and ready for customer interaction.</li><li>Contribute to a fun, competitive, and supportive team-driven atmosphere.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need (Minimum Requirements)<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>8+ months of prior customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment.</li><li>Basic proficiency with computers, software, Microsoft products, and mobile or auxiliary devices.</li><li>Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and company information.</li><li>Ability to quickly process and maintain changing information and product knowledge.</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>High school diploma/GED required; Undergraduate degree is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)<ul><li>A friendly, outgoing personality paired with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset&mdash;you are committed to meeting and exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.</li><li>Retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right person.</li></ul>Physical Demands<ul><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout a shift.</li><li>Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds.</li><li>Employees must be able to talk and hear, be detail-oriented, and maintain clear communication.</li><li>Employees must maintain a calm and positive attitude daily while at work.</li><li>Employees must be versatile and possess full mobility to assist in all operational aspects, including merchandising, packing, inventory management, phone bar setup, and pricing displays.
