Responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales. Serves as the key link between the regional team and stores within the district, working closely with Store Managers to support the development of store teams. This role is predominantly hands-on, with the majority of time spent working directly in stores. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
Presentation &amp; Execution:
<ul><li>Collaborates with the Regional Vice President and District Managers to support overarching visual merchandising strategies and floor set decision-making.
</li><li>Partners directly with Regional leadership and Store Teams to address store-specific merchandising challenges, factoring in variables such as store size, type, volume, spatial limitations, and inventory levels.
</li><li>Communicates brand and visual merchandising updates during weekly regional conference calls and ensures consistent execution of brand standards across all stores.
</li><li>Works closely with the SSC Visual Merchandising team to develop strategic solutions for assortment optimization, ensuring cohesive visual presentation and regional compliance.
</li><li>Gathers feedback from District Managers on in-store presentation and initiates action plans accordingly.
</li><li>Regularly visits stores to assess visual merchandising effectiveness, identify opportunities, and share best practices with the broader visual team through brainstorming sessions and store walkthroughs.
</li><li>Promotes operational efficiency by reinforcing best practices and identifying areas to increase productivity and reduce redundancy.
</li><li>Monitors and ensures adherence to travel budget guidelines.
</li><li>Assists with the planning and execution of fixture and product rollouts.
</li>Provides visual merchandising support for new store openings and regional events.

</li></ul>Leadership and Development:
<ul><li>Conduct in-store training sessions to communicate current and upcoming merchandising direction, while building presentation skills within the District Manager and Store Manager teams in a structured and consistent manner.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Regional Vice President and District Managers to align on visual merchandising initiatives and ensure expectations are clearly defined and executed.
</li><li>Design and deliver visual merchandising training programs for field teams in alignment with the Visual Manual and overall company objectives.
</li><li>Coach and mentor District Managers and Store Teams to strengthen merchandising capabilities and improve sales performance.
</li><li>Set, model, and communicate high professional standards, while holding team members accountable for execution and results.
</li><li>Foster strong, productive relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and support for all visual merchandising and brand initiatives.
</li><li>Cultivate effective cross-functional partnerships to drive business outcomes and promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

Regional Visual Merchandise Manager- North Region

The Seasonal Inventory Control Associate assists the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in maintaining overall store inventory control. As an expert of all inbound and outbound inventory activity and procedures, the Inventory Control Associate guarantees that the sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise to promote a positive customer experience and to support our sales goal objectives. Additionally, they support the RICS in ensuring the proper flow of merchandise to the sales floor and accuracy of inventory to support the replenishment of goods in the system, completing required documentation &amp; system processes in a timely fashion and maintaining the stock room in a clean and organized manner.

The Director of Sourcing leads sourcing efforts for our core boots &amp; accessories categories. As we grow and split responsibilities between Product Development and Sourcing, this newly defined role will focus on streamlining vendor partnerships, optimizing cost, and bringing consistency and excellence to our boots sourcing operations. This leader will manage several direct reports and work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Product Development, and Design to deliver high-quality product that meets brand standards, financial targets, and seasonal demand. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy and execution for the boots category, ensuring strong vendor partnerships, cost optimization, and on-time delivery
</li><li>Manage and mentor a small sourcing team (Sourcing Manager and Associate Sourcing Manager &ndash; Accessories), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
</li><li>Oversee all costing exercises, supplier negotiations, and margin analysis to support margin expansion and seasonal financial targets
</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing timelines with product development calendars and merchandising strategy
</li><li>Analyze production timelines, capacity planning, and delivery schedules to ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness
</li><li>Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
</li><li>Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
</li><li>Analyze production timelines, capacity planning, and delivery schedules to ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness
</li><li>Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
</li><li>Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.</li></ul></div>
