<b>About the role</b><br>

You will work in a Boots store and report to the Assistant or Store Manager, and your responsibilities will include:<ul><li><b>
Customer Interaction:</b> You'll offer thoughtful advice, recommend products and highlight our amazing offers to ensure everyone has an enjoyable shopping experience and no one leaves empty-handed.</li><li><b>
Till Operation:</b> Whether you're wrapping up purchases at the counter or supporting our self-checkout systems, you'll bring energy and efficiency to every transaction.</li><li><b>
Stock Management: </b>You'll take pride in keeping shelves full so our customers can always find exactly what they need during the busiest shopping season of the year.</li><li><b>
Store Presentation: </b>We're proud of our stores, so you will ensure all areas look their best.</li><li><b>
Online order support</b>: Whilst this is a customer-facing role, you may assist with deliveries, picking, and packing for online orders as needed.</li></ul><br>

What you'll need to have</b><br>

Full training is provided for this role, but these are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed:<ul><li>
Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year&rsquo;s Day.</li><li><b>
Customer Service Skills:</b> We're looking for people who are comfortable approaching customers and love to leave a lasting impression.</li><li><b>
Operations Ready:</b> You are able to balance customer care with daily shop floor and operational tasks</li><li><b>
Tech-Savvy: </b>You are happy to learn about and use new technology, including operating handheld mobile devices, tills and self-checkouts.</li><li><b>
Team Player:</b> A collaborative, one-team mindset is necessary for helping each other meet the store goals and have fun along the way.</li><li><b>
Physical Stamina: </b>You'll be on your feet, standing, walking and lifting. If you're ready to stay busy and active, this is the role for you!</li><li><b>
Brand Ambassador</b>: We're looking for people who love our Boots ethos, products and services and can't wait to share them with customers.</li></ul><br>
