We are seeking an experienced and proactive Field Geologist / Site Supervisor to efficiently manage field operations and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing personnel, tracking equipment usage, coordinating with clients, preparing detailed reports, and overseeing geological sampling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.</li><li>Manage and lead site personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Track and log equipment usage and operating hours on a daily basis.</li><li>Interact and coordinate with clients regarding site progress and requirements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Oversee geological sampling processes and ensure accurate documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MSc / B.S. / BSc in Geology.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Basic knowledge of drilling rigs and their components.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in field environments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
