<ul><li>Gather requirements from the rest of the data team and other internal stakeholders to</li></ul>
identify opportunities for improvements, set priorities, and execute.<br>
<ul><li>Work with other teams in IT to ensure that data handling complies with all external</li></ul>
regulations and internal standards.<br>
<ul><li>Assist in the governance of our shared BI platform and assist citizen developers in</li></ul>
their BI projects.<br>
<ul><li>Build data models that scale up efficiently and are integrated with Azure DevOps and</li></ul>
DBT Cloud.<br>
<ul><li>Build and maintain Security interfaces within Snowflake.</li><li>Ensure cost control and perform performance optimization in Snowflake.</li><li>Work with stakeholders and architecture team to ensure the data applications</li></ul>
developed are the single source of truth of their respective functional reporting area.<br>
<ul><li>Responsible of the architectural layout in Snowflake and Azure Data Factory.</li><li>Ensure effective on-boarding of partners, using Azure DevOps and DBT.</li><li>Issue development guidelines, standards and assure implementation.</li><li>Respect and propose metrics for Snowflake environment&rsquo;s health.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
5+ years as a data engineer, or a role with similar skillsets<br>
<ul><li>Proven experience with Snowflake, certification desired</li><li>Experience with Azure cloud platform, specifically Azure Data Factory</li><li>Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Qlik</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related technical</li></ul>
