About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative, driven, and visually minded Marketing &amp; Video Editing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling through content, wants real hands-on experience in both commercial and editorial production, and is excited to help grow a brand&rsquo;s digital presence.You&rsquo;ll be at the center of our creative process from filming behind-the-scenes moments to editing high-quality content and helping shape our social media voice.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Capture and produce behind the scenes (BTS) content during photography and video shoots</li><li>Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns</li><li>Assist in creative editorial photography shoots and commercial productions</li><li>Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Brainstorm and execute content ideas, trends, and campaigns</li><li>Support marketing efforts through content creation, scheduling, and strategy</li><li>Maintain a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic and voice</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience with DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Strong eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and trends</li><li>Interest in both marketing and content creation</li><li>Comfortable working in creative environments (on-set &amp; remote)</li><li>Basic understanding of social media strategy and engagement</li><li>Ability to take initiative and bring creative ideas to the table</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must have a portfolio showcasing video editing and/or marketing work</li><li>Interest in photography, videography, or creative direction is a plus</li><li>Availability for shoots, including occasional travel</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Real-world experience working on commercial and editorial projects</li><li>Opportunity to build a strong, diverse portfolio</li><li>Creative freedom to experiment and grow</li></ul>Pay: From $12.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
