Job OverviewThe Borough of Spotswood is seeking a detail oriented Part Time Website Coordinator to help keep the municipal website accurate, accessible, and up to date. This role supports communication with residents by posting announcements, updating department pages, andensuring information is easy to find and understand.Responsibilities Ensure updated website content, including announcements, agendas, minutes, forms, and alerts Maintain clear navigation, accurate links, and accessible document formats Coordinate with Borough departments to publish timely information Support emergency notifications and time sensitive updates Recommend improvements to layout, usability, and accessibilityQualifications Experience updating or managing websites (municipal experience a plus) Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), (Wix experience preferred) Strong writing and proofreading skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic graphic/photo editing skills helpful Understanding of accessibility and user friendly design principlesPosition Details Part time position with flexible hours Occasional evening or weekend updates may be required Reports to the Borough Administrator or designee Annual Salary: $3000.00How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a r&eacute;sum&eacute; and brief cover letter to: Ana Przytula ataprzytula@spotswoodboro.com.Job Type: Part-timePay: Up to $3,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Spotswood, NJ 08884
