POSITION SUMMARY</b>: Borst Landscape &amp; Design is seeking a dynamic Landscape Client Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><b>
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
</b></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships</li><li>
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts</li><li>
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits</li><li>
Identify and propose property enhancements</li><li>
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs</li><li>
Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients</li><li>
Utilize Pipedrive to track customer interactions, sales, and account activity</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Proven experience in sales and account management</li><li>
3+ years of field experience and possess strong horticultural background</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team</li><li>
Ability to negotiate and understand complex sales processes</li><li>
Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus</li><li>
Proficient in warm calling techniques to generate new leads</li><li>
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams</li><li>
Analytical mindset to assess market trends and customer needs</li><li>
Must have a valid NJ driver&rsquo;s license and be comfortable with local travel</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
