 Job Description

 Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Review customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching and monitoring consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing, and other progress.

 Qualifications

 Education &amp; Certifications:
 
 Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills &amp; Knowledge:
 
 Foundational knowledge of power tools is essential.

 Job Description

 Responsible of driving and implementing product and price strategy of relevant business units for Egypt, the Product and price Marketing manager duties would be :
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide market, competitor, and product information for the Business Unit and Hub and contribute into building relevant approach within market of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with the sales organization to manage product line reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 New product launch coordination across different stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Support, train and guide the local sales team to achieve annual growth objectives and turnover target.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning-sales, forecasting, stock management and product range development
 </li>
 <li>
 Close monitoring of local price strategy across all channels considering internal and external factors to balance market relevance and meet overall profitability targets (Forex, internal product cost&hellip;)
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and achieve targets: sales, margin, product mix, overstock and individual KPI target.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective implementation of product promotions across all Channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Listing activities-Dealers, key-Users, achievement of targeted goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Product launching activities, stock planning, implementation, achievement of targeted goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing special distribution &amp; expansion projects. Actively attend and present at national shows and customers events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Successfully manage cross functional projects with relevant stakeholders (logistics, controlling, brand teams and shared services&hellip;)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of business experience in Marketing, product management or Retail marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Power Tools or equivalent machinery experience is plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business Analysis Tools Hands on
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 University degree or relative experience, preferably in Business Administration: International Business and/or Marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Engineering background is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communicator
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
