Job Summary: Corporate Accounting Manager leads the day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate, timely month‑end close, high‑quality financial reporting, and strong internal controls. This role manages and develops the accounting team, serves as a subject matter expert for complex accounting matters, and oversees compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. As a key business partner, the manager collaborates closely with Treasury, FP&amp;A, and Operations, supports audits and tax compliance, and drives process improvements, system enhancements, and scalable accounting practices to support the company&rsquo;s growth. 
Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management</li><li>
Review work performed by staff, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines</li><li>
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong internal controls</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex accounting issues</li><li>
Oversee and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities</li><li>
Review and approve journal entries, including accruals, allocations, and recurring entries</li><li>
Oversee preparation and review of:</li><li>
Prepaid expenses and amortization schedules</li><li>
Fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation</li><li>
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>
Inventory accounting processes and entries</li><li>
Lease accounting (ROU assets and liabilities)</li><li>
Ensure timely opening and closing of accounting periods</li><li>
Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements across entities</li><li>
Review internal reporting packages, including balance sheet and income statement analyses</li><li>
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards</li><li>
Support internal and external financial reporting requirements</li><li>
Oversee intercompany accounting processes, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled</li><li>
Manage intercompany invoicing, tracking, and dispute resolution</li><li>
Support foreign currency (FX) accounting and consolidation processes</li><li>
Ensure completeness and accuracy of intracompany and sensitive financial data</li><li>
Provide oversight and backup support for treasury functions, including:</li><li>
Reviewing accounts payable disbursements</li><li>
Approving wire transfers</li><li>
Partner with Treasury to enhance and standardize cash forecasting processes</li><li>
Review cash forecast workpapers and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits across multiple entities</li><li>
Oversee preparation and review of audit support (PBC) documentation</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit deliverables</li><li>
Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls</li><li>
Partner with FP&amp;A to support budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>
Review balance sheet forecasts and ensure alignment with financial reporting</li><li>
Provide insights into variances and key drivers impacting financial results</li><li>
Act as a system owner/super user for FloQast, managing workflows and user oversight</li><li>
Lead or support ERP implementations and system enhancements</li><li>
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities</li><li>
Drive standardization and scalability across accounting operations</li><li>
Oversee preparation of annual tax workpapers and support tax compliance requirements</li><li>

Required Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and audit support</li><li>
3+ years of leadership/managerial experience, including reviewing work and developing team members</li><li>
Experience working with ERP systems and account reconciliation tools</li><li>
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple entities and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS</li></ul></div> 
Preferred Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and audit support</li><li>
CPA designation</li><li>
Public accounting or audit background</li><li>
Experience in multi‑entity and/or multinational accounting environments</li><li>
Exposure to foreign currency (FX) accounting, intercompany activity, and consolidations</li><li>
Experience supporting or leading system implementations and process improvement initiatives</li><li>
Construction or project‑based accounting experience</li><li>

Job Summary: This role requires strong business acumen and will be working closely with teams located within the office as well as clientele outside of the office. While this role may require a strong background in support/admin, you will be required to have a working knowledge of using computer hardware and software to support the business and its teams. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support front desk operations, including call distribution, mail handling, opening and closing procedures, and greeting onsite guests in a professional manner.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Support the Office Manager with administrative duties.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Coordinate building conference room scheduling, onsite catering orders, and meeting space setup and breakdown.</li><li>
Assist with branch marketing initiatives and internal or external event planning.</li><li>
Arrange employee travel accommodations for local branch staff and other campus personnel as needed.</li><li>
Purchase, track, and maintain inventory of general office supplies.</li><li>
Provide daily administrative support to in‑house staff, including document preparation, calendar coordination, data entry, and ad‑hoc requests.</li><li>
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are accurate and easily accessible.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between the branch office and facilities, IT, vendors, and corporate teams to support day‑to‑day operations.</li><li>
Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup, access coordination, and first‑day support.</li><li>
Support compliance with office policies and procedures and assist with office audits or inspections as needed.</li><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or receptionist role.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, while managing multiple priorities.</li><li>
Proven experience working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting deadlines and a high level of accountability.</li><li>
Experience with online purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow‑through.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or receptionist role within a corporate or professional office environment.</li><li>
At least 2 years of experience supporting front desk or reception functions, including phone coverage, guest greeting, and mail distribution.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating office events, conference room scheduling, and onsite catering services.</li><li>
Experience maintaining office equipment, supplies, and inventory tracking systems, with 1+ year of hands‑on experience preferred.</li><li>
At least 1 year of experience coordinating corporate or business travel arrangements.</li><li>
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and professionalism through prior experience handling internal and external inquiries or concerns.</li><li>
Proven ability to maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and reliability developed through multiple years in a fast‑paced office setting.</li></ul>
