 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
 
 
 &bull; Must be at least 18 years or older
 
 
 &bull; Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with supervision and other personnel
 
 
 &bull; Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
 
 
 &bull; Must be able to function in a noisy and fast paced environment
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrates self-initiative
 
 
 &bull; Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machining
 
 
 &bull; Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, print-reading and mechanics
 
 
 &bull; Must demonstrate mechanical proficiency, leadership ability, and teamwork
 
 
 &bull; Must be willing to work on alternate shifts and must demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualified candidates often have experience in roles such as: Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Setup Technician, Equipment Technician, or similar positions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Principal Responsibilities:

 Follow all plant safety and environmental policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organized workspace
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor operations and perform adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate corrective actions to improve quality and equipment effectiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Repair or replace defective machine components, such as solenoids, valves, and cylinders
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform line and machine changeovers
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize processes to reduce set-up time
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve expected production quantities to ensure customer goals are obtained
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete assigned technical training to support personal growth and development
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Operators, Manufacturing Technicians, Engineers, and area Leadership
 </li>
