As a Marketing Program Administrator, you will support and coordinate marketing initiatives within the HVAC industry. This role will play a critical part in managing, executing, and tracking our marketing programs that drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the day-to-day execution and tracking of our marketing programs.</li><li>
Own the contractor signup process by partnering with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and swiftly resolving any obstacles.</li><li>
Lead continuous training efforts to maximize understanding and execution of marketing programs.</li><li>
Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs.</li><li>
Ensure monthly sales figures for all growth programs are entered promptly and accurately.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, product, and supply teams to support and advance program initiatives.</li><li>
Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relate field</li><li>
1+ years of marketing experience</li><li>
1+ years of administrative experience</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience in the HVAC industry</li><li>
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management abilities</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li></ul>

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary sales leader to join our Light Commercial &amp; Enterprise Business Unit (BU) in Kolkata, India. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic growth, develop sales strategies, and maximize profitability for our light commercial and enterprise segments.<ul><li>
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share in the light commercial and enterprise sectors</li><li>
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence</li><li>
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to capitalize on them</li><li>
Oversee financial performance, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&amp;L management for the BU</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Kolkata and surrounding regions</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of BU sales goals with overall organizational objectives</li><li>
Drive product and service innovation to meet evolving customer needs in the light commercial and enterprise sectors</li><li>

Qualifications

BE / Diploma, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial or enterprise business sectors, with a proven track record in sales leadership</li><li>
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable sales plans</li><li>
Excellent business development and client relationship management capabilities</li><li>
Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&amp;L management</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of light commercial and enterprise markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape</li><li>
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and relevant business software</li><li>
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets</li><li>
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies</li><li>
Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Kolkata and surrounding regions</li><li>
