 &bull;Expansion of network by appointment of new MT specialist dealers in the region
 
 
 &bull;Impart product training to the MT specialist dealers in the region
 
 
 
 In-market MT Activation 40%
 
 
 
 &bull;Need to manage the Key User business and generate demand for placement of Measuring Tools products in trade channel.
 
 
 &bull;Support the ASM, KUM for business development in the region
 
 
 &bull;Should promote New products &amp; Increase the market share of Measuring Tools
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General awareness of MT 20%
 
 
 
 &bull;Should be product specialist, well verse with product specifications, product segments &amp; demonstrate Measuring Tools to users/ dealers
 
 
 &bull;Collect &amp; have good knowledge of Market, Competition &amp; allied products of Measuring tools
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 B.Tech.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Additional Information
 
 
 
 1.Experience in Traditional Trade channel Sales - Minimum 3-5 years.
 
 
 2.Working Experience in Measuring tools, Power tools, Allied products, Industrial consumables or similar industry.
 
 
 3.Working Knowledge in using IT systems (Sales CRM)
 
 
 4.Negotiation skills, PR skills, interest in travelling.
 
 
 5.Language Skills in Hindi &amp; English Preferred. knowledge on digitalization &amp; analytics is an advantage
