 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 High Pressure Pump manufacturing represents the best of high-speed, high-precision machining and assembly lines. These highly automated machines require continuous support from driven individuals that can learn various manufacturing technologies to provide leadership &amp; assistance when necessary.
 
 
 Our TPM Reliability team, which includes the FTC Engineer, is a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians that act as the primary support for assembly and machining equipment. In addition to specializing in key mechanical/electrical components, FTC Engineers act as the drivers in manufacturing maintenance by developing strategies and actions based on data analysis and real time monitoring to support and guide the maintenance resources. This includes key strategies and performance metrics such as Preventive/Predictive maintenance, proactive Condition Based Maintenance, line downtime, spare parts, and technician training to maintain a good working operation of our assembly lines.
 
 
 Overall, the TPM group plays a critical role by ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the automated assembly equipment. Target of role is to maximize the technical availability of the machining and assembly equipment.
 
 
 
 Principle Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal &amp; safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and ensure the team also follows the same
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage processes within area of responsibility to ensure consistency with business plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support TPM Team Leader to efficiently manage projects and activities to achieve Policy Deployment objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply BPS methods and systems to improve the maturity of lean systems including Total Productive Maintenance to achieve high Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the HDP and HTC TPM team in partnership with the Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Teams to CIP maintenance systems, improving performance by transitioning from Reactive Maintenance to Preventive Maintenance to Condition Based Maintenance to Predictive Maintenance and ultimately to Precision Maintenance systems.
 </li>

 Develop and Drive Total Predictive Maintenance &amp; Maintenance Planning Strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the organization and effectiveness of weekly Value Stream reviews for TPM and OEE performance utilizing PDCA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing equipment performance data, maintenance logs, and failure patterns to identify trends, optimize maintenance strategies, and support data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaption of systematic problem solving Techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Redesign or modify equipment and components to enhance maintainability and reduce failure rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 RPP measure implementation to improve Maintenance KPI&rsquo;s (e.g. Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization, updating obsolete MRO)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with other Bosch locations as well as external organizations for benchmarking and best practice sharing in TPM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training and mentoring in TPM throughout all levels of the organization through hands-on interaction.
 </li>

 Qualifications

 B.S. Degree in Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience (minimum of 3 years) in manufacturing processes including Lean Systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in High Speed, High Precision Automated Manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess:
 </li>

 Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
 </li>

 Strong written and oral communication skills (persuasive).
 </li>
