You can make your mark as a Storekeeper at our UAE branches in Abu Dhabi &amp; RAK, contributing to our global operations in soil improvement and ground engineering projects across multiple markets worldwide. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of construction materials, geotechnical tools, and spare parts, supporting both our operational excellence and project success. 
You will carry out your work with accuracy, integrity, and a proactive attitude. As a Storekeeper, attention to detail, safety awareness, and a hands-on mindset are key to your contribution to our growing team.
Your responsibilities as a Storekeeper are<ul><li>
Receive, inspect, store, and issue construction materials, geotechnical tools, and spare parts.</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/stock management systems.</li><li>
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.</li><li>
Ensure proper storage conditions, including compliance with safety requirements for hazardous materials.</li><li>
Drive between warehouses, project sites, and suppliers when required.</li></ul>
Your qualities 
You can make your mark as a Storekeeper if you have:<ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, ground engineering, or soil improvement projects.</li><li>
Familiarity with geotechnical or construction consumables (advantage).</li><li>
Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office, ERP).</li><li>
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>
Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (mandatory).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Storekeeper

You will make your mark as accountant at our Abu Dhabi branch office. You will be part of our finance shared service centre (FSSC), Supporting Administration worldwide in the various area of Accounts.
You will be working from our Abu Dhabi office and will be part of our Abu Dhabi finance team, consisting of around 65 people from different backgrounds. You will be involved in processes from record to record, procurement to pay, master data and other general finance related tasks.
Your responsibilities as an Accountant are
<ul><li>Assisting projects worldwide by providing finance support.</li><li>
Managing all financial transactions, from record to report.</li><li>
Invoice processing, checking, and cost coding.</li><li>
Liaise with various business units and project sites to providing continuous support.</li><li>
Making specifications, reconciliations, and analysis on various aspects in the accounts.</li></ul>
Your qualities
 
You can make your mark as accountant if you have:<ul><li>
At least 2 years&rsquo; relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company, multicultural environment.</li><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance or accounting.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.</li><li>
An organized and analytical way of working.</li><li>
Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Software (preferred Infor LN, Basware).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Accountant

Make your mark as a document controller at our office in Abu Dhabi. As a document controller you are a crucial part of a project team as well as the document management department. On a daily basis you will be working closely together with engineers and project managers who are depending on your pro-active aid and accurate assistance when it comes to raising issues, document handling and exchange. At the end of the day, you will be the person who made sure that all project documentation was properly processed. You ensure that the entire project team, including sub-contractor and client organizations, can find what they need to move forward on the project. Supported by the knowledge of your document management colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a correct final project documentation package to the client. 
 
Your responsibilities as a document controller<ul><li>
You act as the first point of contact for multiple project teams, the customer and subcontractor with questions about the document management system (DMS) and the project documentation.</li><li>
Within the project team, you bear ownership of the DMS and instruct the parties involved in its use.</li><li>
You are responsible for registering and processing project documentation and distribution to the customer and external parties.</li><li>
As an integral part of the project team, you proactively report to the project team and the client about the status of incoming and outgoing documents.</li><li>
You actively identify problems and bottlenecks with regard to both the documents and the functioning of the DMS.</li></ul>
Your qualities and experience 
You can move ahead as a document controller, if you have:<ul><li>
At least a secondary vocational education.</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience in roles such as document control or IT.</li><li>
Knowledge of Document Management Systems and MS office applications (Excel, SharePoint).</li><li>
Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
