We are looking for a Purchase Executive &ndash; RMC Aggregates to manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials such as sand, aggregates, cement, and other construction inputs required for RMC plants. The role requires strong vendor management skills, negotiation ability, and a keen understanding of material quality standards for the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for aggregates, sand, cement, and other raw materials.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials to RMC plants.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, agreements, and vendor records.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the plant team to avoid shortages.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for aggregates and other materials.</li><li>Regularly track market trends, price fluctuations, and competitor sourcing strategies.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and cost control for procurement activities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply stability.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of RMC operations, aggregates, and construction raw materials.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Understanding of procurement processes and documentation.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / ERP software.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Civil Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in RMC / Construction / Building Materials industry.</li></ul>Salary: As per industry standardsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
