 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferable
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or high school diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with our industry is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using the help desk and support tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Patience when handling tough cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Multi-tasking abilities
