Overview:
The Partner Relations Coordinator serves as a key representative of BGS, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners. This role focuses on effective communication, professional representation, and supporting outreach efforts that align with organizational goals. The coordinator will act as a liaison between BGS and external partners, ensuring positive engagement and fostering long-term collaboration. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between BGS and external stakeholders, partners, and clients.</li><li>
Represent BGS at meetings, events, and community engagements in a professional and consistent manner.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to support organizational goals.</li><li>
Coordinate and support outreach initiatives, ensuring alignment with company messaging and objectives.</li><li>
Monitor partner feedback and provide insights to leadership to improve engagement strategies.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, or related experience.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to represent an organization with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. citizen.</li><li>
Must be able to pass a drug screening.</li><li>
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.</li></ul> 
Location/Work Arrangement:<ul><li>
This position is in Oak Ridge, TN.</li><li>
Schedule is part-time, work hours based on project needs.</li></ul>
