We are looking for a Creative Content Manager who can lead our content strategy, drive engagement, and elevate brand storytelling across digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and leadership to produce impactful content that delivers measurable results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand voice, audience, and business goals</li><li>Create and oversee high-quality content across platforms (social media, blogs, videos, ads, website content, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging</li><li>Generate innovative content ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and freelancers</li><li>Plan and execute content calendars and campaign strategies</li><li>Analyze performance using tools and optimize content based on data insights</li><li>Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content (social media, campaigns, video scripts, etc.)</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li><li>Experience managing content teams or freelancers</li></ul>Skills Required (Updated for Today&rsquo;s Market) Creative &amp; Content Skills<ul><li>Social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)</li><li>Scriptwriting for Reels, Ads, and Short-form videos</li><li>Strong brand storytelling &amp; campaign ideation</li><li>Visual content sense (basic design direction)</li></ul>Technical &amp; Marketing Skills<ul><li>SEO fundamentals &amp; content optimization</li><li>Performance marketing understanding (Meta Ads, Google Ads basics)</li><li>Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)</li></ul>Tools &amp; Platforms<ul><li>Canva / Adobe Suite (basic understanding)</li><li>ChatGPT &amp; AI tools for content creation</li><li>Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)</li><li>Basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Leadership &amp; team management</li><li>Strong communication &amp; collaboration</li><li>Creativity with a strategic mindset</li><li>Time management &amp; multitasking</li><li>Problem-solving &amp; adaptability</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Preferred)<ul><li>Experience with influencer marketing &amp; UGC campaigns</li><li>Understanding of branding &amp; digital funnels</li><li>Experience in agency environment</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about creating visually stunning content, we invite you to apply for this exciting Creative Content Manager position with our innovative team.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
