KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:</b></p><ul>

Previous experience with IRB submissions, data collection, and clinical trials preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to read and write fluently in English required. Additional language skill in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively (listen and build trust) and be non-judgmentally with people of different gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, ethnic, language and cultural backgrounds.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,</li>
<li>Outlook) and web browsers. Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) a plus. Experience using data management software a plus (REDCap).</li>
<li>Must successfully complete training in human subjects research certification.</li>

Compensation Range:</b></p>
$42,500.00- $59,500.00<p>
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
