We have supplemental insurance options, 401k match, and vacation time.Employment Type: Full time, hours typically ranging between 9am-5pm, but candidates MUST be available for evening appointments on an as needed basis.Scope of Position: Bostrom Group is seeking individuals to assist our financial advisors in our Hudson office. Ideal candidates should be able to manage work flow effectively, with focus on internal process and back office operation. Candidate must also be flexible and willing to take on additional duties as needed.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answering phones</li><li>Calling clients/referrals to set review, follow-up, delivery, and referral appointments</li><li>Completing items in ongoing task system, including client calls, mailings, emails</li><li>Researching product information, compliance items, or processes as requested by financial advisors</li><li>Maintaining Forms and marketing materials to ensure office is in compliance</li><li>Updating, submitting for approval and ordering DBA marketing materials</li><li>Running and printing quotes for client meetings</li><li>Back-up in submitting and tracking new business applications (including prefilling applications, data input, and communications with the home office and clients)</li><li>Logging incoming checks and correspondence</li><li>Assembling routine client materials, researching and prepping files for appointments</li><li>Filing, copying, processing correspondence and other secretarial work</li><li>Setting up and coordinating client seminars, mailings, and follow up</li><li>Other duties as they arise</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of office/administrative experience</li><li>Outbound phone calling and/or appointment setting experience</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications helpful</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and listening skills</li><li>Work well independently and willing to work as a team member</li><li>Flexibility and adaptation to changes</li><li>Self-motivated &amp; reliable</li><li>Trustworthy and responsible</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
