Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The Content Writer will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand voice and delivering compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.Duties<ul><li>Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.</li><li>Proofread and copy edit all content to ensure clarity, grammar, style consistency, and adherence to AP style or Chicago Manual of Style as required.</li><li>Conduct thorough research to gather accurate information and verify facts through credible sources.</li><li>Edit and refine drafts to improve readability, tone, and overall quality.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce creative content that aligns with brand guidelines.</li><li>Write proposals, technical documents, or journalistic articles as needed.</li><li>Maintain a consistent voice and style across all content pieces while tailoring messaging for specific audiences.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in writing, editing, and content marketing.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in writing, editing, or journalism with a strong portfolio of published work.</li><li>Excellent proofreading, copy editing, and editing skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.</li><li>Proficiency in AP style, Chicago Manual of Style, and technical writing standards.</li><li>Skilled in research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy of information presented.</li><li>Ability to write creatively as well as professionally for various formats including proposals and technical documents.</li><li>Experience with word processing tools and content management systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge of copywriting principles and proposal writing is a plus.</li><li>Creative writing skills are desirable for engaging storytelling and brand development purposes.
