We are a growing, client-focused medspa looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team! We&rsquo;re seeking someone experienced, reliable, and passionate about results-driven skincare and comfortable with front desk duties is required.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Active Esthetician License (required)</li><li>Experience with advanced skincare treatments and client consultations</li><li>Existing clientele is a plus</li><li>Comfortable assisting with front desk responsibilities</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude</li><li>Tuesdays &amp; Fridays (and one Saturday a month)</li></ul>Esthetician Duties:<ul><li>Perform customized facials and advanced treatments (no waxing or makeup services)</li><li>Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend treatment plans</li><li>Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care</li><li>Maintain treatment rooms, cleanliness, and proper sanitation protocols</li><li>Take before &amp; after photos and assist with treatment documentation</li></ul>Front Desk Duties:<ul><li>Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage booking systems</li><li>Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries</li><li>Process payments and assist with product sales</li><li>Support daily operations and client follow-ups</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>$22&ndash;$25/hour (based on experience)</li><li>Flexible time off</li><li>On-site training and growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive, team-focused environment</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re looking to grow in a modern medspa setting and be part of a team that values both results and client experience, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
