Pay &amp; Schedule
<ul>
<li>$30&ndash;$40/hour based on experience</li>
<li>Additional earnings through SPIFF bonuses</li>
<li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed</li>
</ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems</li>
<li>Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations</li>
<li>Educate customers on repair options, system performance, and maintenance needs</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally</li>
<li>Communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and job updates</li>
<li>Drive company vehicle safely between jobs</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience</li>
<li>EPA Universal Certification</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an insurable driving record</li>
<li>Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing</li>
<li>Willingness to obtain NATE certification within one year</li>
