## Overview We are seeking a Groundman/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors, physically driven, hard working, and a self starter.We are looking with someone with some experience with working outdoors and in a similar environment. We are willing to train and expand knowledge in our field with the right individual. It is a plus if you have experience rigging limbs.This job mainly consists of pulling limbs, raking, loading/lifting logs into trailer, and using wood chipper. There will be days when running a stump grinder, skid steer, or mini x may be needed and hauling wood to dump and other locations as necessary. This job is physically demanding and requires someone to be comfortable working out doors in rain, snow, heat, and wind. We are a small crew - we work close together and every member of the team is valuable.$1-2 raise after 60-90 days employment proving reliability.PTO after 1 year of employment.## Duties - Cleaning up limbs - pulling and dragging to trailers and chippers - Using Woodchipper - with proper safety equipment - Ability to pull and back up trailer - Ability to lift 50-100+lbs - loading logs into trailers and dragging to equipment - Knowledge to operate Skid steer and Mini Excavators- Stump grinding - ability to use stump grinder## Qualifications - Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or related field preferred - Knowledge of tree care techniques and landscape management - Safety minded - Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions - we work in all weather-Drivers License Required- Clean Driving Record RequiredJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Safety equipment provided</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Rigging tree limbs: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Billings, MT 59105 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
