About the Opportunity:</b></h3><p>
We&rsquo;re seeking a <b>Senior Counsel or Partner</b> to join our <b>Product Liability Practice Group</b> in <b>San Diego, CA</b>. This role is ideal for attorneys with 7<b>+ years of litigation experience</b> who have had and value <b>hands-on case responsibility</b> and the opportunity to advance in a trial-oriented practice.</p><p><b>

Take lead on key litigation activities: depositions, motions, client communication, and expert coordination</p></li><li><p>

J.D. from an accredited law school</p></li><li><p>

We are seeking a motivated and talented <b>Associate or Counsel </b>to join our <b>Product Liability Practice Group</b> in <b>our Dallas (Plano), TX office</b>. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands-on experience in <b>litigation</b> to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll be a vital member of our team, with <b>hands-on responsibility</b> for day-to-day case development&mdash;including <b>handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks</b>, and <b>drafting and arguing motions.</b> You&rsquo;ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through <b>trial preparation and execution.</b></div><div></div><div><br>
