Job Summary 
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless acquisition of quality products and materials for our business operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks from market research and supplier relationship management to process optimization and data analysis. This dynamic role requires a blend of critical thinking, negotiation prowess, and exceptional communication skills. 
Job Duties and Responsibilities<div><ul><li>
Sourcing and Strategy:</li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services (e.g., IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, MRO, travel, office supplies).</li><li>
Analyze spend data, market trends, and internal demand to identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.</li><li>
Execute the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned categories, including Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quote (RFQ).</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li>
Contract Management and Negotiation:</li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms, conditions, and service levels.</li><li>
Draft, review, and manage contracts (in collaboration with Legal) from initiation through execution and renewal.</li><li>
Ensure all contracts and procurement activities comply with BOXABL's policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li>
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Management:</li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and create purchase orders (POs) in BOXABL's ERP system.</li><li>
Monitor open POs, track delivery schedules, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.</li><li>
Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment holds, and other procure-to-pay issues.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li>
Stakeholder Collaboration:</li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on procurement best practices.</li><li>
Drive communication and alignment between procurement, finance, legal, and other departments throughout the sourcing and vendor lifecycle.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Vendor Onboarding Execution:<ul><li>
Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding new indirect suppliers to the procurement system and approved vendor list.</li><li>
Collect and verify all required vendor documentation, including banking information, tax forms (e.g., W-9, W-8), and certificates of insurance.</li><li>
Coordinate internal approvals for new vendors, ensuring all necessary due diligence and compliance screenings are completed.</li></ul></li><li>
Compliance and Governance:<ul><li>
Ensure all vendor onboarding activities adhere to internal risk management, information security, and financial compliance policies.</li><li>
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date vendor records and master data within the procurement system.</li></ul></li><li>
Supplier Relationship and Performance Management:<ul><li>
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers post-onboarding.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations.</li><li>
Address and resolve performance issues, working with suppliers on corrective action plans as needed.</li></ul></li></ul><div> 
<ul><li>
Relevant experience in procurement and supply management is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Proven knowledge of inventory management.</li><li>
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.</li><li>
Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.</li><li>
Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and improve trusting relationships.</li><li>
Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is a plus.</li></ul></div>

We are seeking a strategic and experienced legal professional to lead our Legal Department as Head of Legal. This role is ideal for a candidate with 8-10 years of progressive legal counsel experience including leadership responsibilities, who thrives in a dynamic business environment and is passionate about aligning legal strategy with organizational goals. This role involves working closely with external legal counsel, developing dispute resolution strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
The ideal candidate should have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organization, and manage relationships with external legal counsel. 
Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the legal function across all business units, ensuring compliance with laws and and regulations.</li><li>Provide expert legal advice to senior leadership on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal documents.</li><li>Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and external counsel relationships.</li><li>Manage external legal budgets and expenses to achieve significant cost reductions.</li><li>Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the business.</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the construction and manufacturing industry.</li><li>Train and mentor internal teams on legal best practices and compliance.</li><li>Support M&amp;A activity, joint ventures, corporate governance and board-level reporting.</li><li>Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with corporate formalities.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Experience and Education<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree; current Nevada State Bar license.</li><li>8-10 years of legal practice experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house setting, with a focus on contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction and manufacturing industry regulations is a plus.</li><li>Proven leadership in managing legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High integrity, sound judgment, and business acumen.</li></ul>
