Boxer Property Management

<div>Under general supervision and working within a team setting, this full-time position requires heavy production skills, ability to multi-task, co-create design &amp; F/F/E packages, complete 3D renderings, and manage small commercial tenant projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform space planning for tenant specific, as well as, standardized spec projects</li><li>
Produce construction documents for pricing/permitting in accordance to building, energy and accessibility codes while using Vizio and AutoCAD programs</li><li>
Developing and documenting designs, details, schedules and specifications.</li><li>
Field measure buildings to confirm accuracy of plans, obtain current information of Boxers facility inventory/furniture and input into software</li><li>
Assist senior staff by selecting finishes, furniture, artwork for a broad range of projects</li><li>
Ensure appropriate department/ tenant involvement</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge and Education:<ul><li>
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment</li><li>
Advanced customer service skills to diplomatically communicate with vendors
</li><li>Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic</li><li>
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction</li><li>
Experience as a facilitator, and/or liaison skills between parties regarding building facility projects highly desirable</li><li>
Architecture or Interior Design or related field or equivalent experience</li><li>
2-4 years experience at an architectural/design firm required</li><li>
(Photoshop &amp; Illustrator), Excel, Word, and other computer software</li></ul>
Additional Requirements:<ul><li>
Successfully pass pre-employment screening</li><li>
Employee must have reliable transportation to and from work each day</li></ul></div>
