Legal Assistant/Paralegal position is to provide administrative support to multiple attorneys, including:<ul><li>
Managing calendars and case deadlines</li><li>
Scheduling client appointments &amp; court appearances</li><li>
Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and partners</li><li>
Preparing correspondence</li><li>
Processing and filing mail</li><li>
Preparing and organizing documents for execution by clients</li></ul>
Qualifications and Education Requirements<ul><li>
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word &amp; Adobe primarily) and ability to work with legal technology, court-filing computer systems, transcription software, etc.</li><li>
Proficiency in English and grammar</li><li>
Outstanding time-management and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people</li><li>
Legal paralegal certification or diploma, or college degree</li><li>
Proven experience as legal paralegal</li><li>
Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court system</li></ul>
