We are a busy Personal Injury firm looking to hire an enthusiastic and capable legal assistant for our intake department.Must be fluent in English and CreoleKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Speak with clients, adjusters and other legal professionals to obtain necessary information, set up claims</li><li>Requesting insurance limits</li><li>Prepare correspondence</li><li>Gather evidence - photos, videos, out of pocket expenses, etc.</li><li>Complete assigned tasks in timely manner</li><li>Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings with clients</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience as a legal assistant in a personal injury law firm preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office - word, excel and computer software systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Please provide resume for consideration.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
