Starting Pay: $17.50&ndash;$18.50/hr (plus shift differential if applicable) 
Full-Time or Part-Time: Both Available 
Shifts: This is a 24/7 hotline so shifts may be available throughout the day.
At least one weekend day is required for all counselors. Some holidays will be required as well (at 2x pay).

What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing: 
<ul><li>Responding to calls, texts, chats, or emails from people in crisis</li><li>Providing short-term counseling, de-escalation, and problem-solving support</li><li>Offering referrals and resources when necessary</li><li>Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining confidentiality</li></ul></div><div>
Who We&rsquo;re Looking For: 
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred; required for some programs)</li><li>At least 21 years old</li><li>Computer literate, able to take notes while talking to callers</li></ul></div><div>
Physical &amp; Safety Requirements: 
<ul><li>Sedentary office work with standard computer use</li><li>Minimal physical risks in a typical administrative setting</li></ul></div>
