Position Overview: 
As the Expense Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving all company invoices through multiple means which include but are not limited to mail, email, fax and interoffice mail. You will be responsible for entering invoices into our software-based approval process in a timely manner and high levels of accuracy. In addition to Corporate Expense maintenance you will be required to process our customer collections using excel and Microsoft Access.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Auditing all vendor accounts, following up on any billing issues that may arise</li>
<li>Data entry of invoices into company software programs</li>
<li>Labeling invoices by vendor number accurately and reviewing check due all notes</li>
<li>Reviewing vendor statements, following up on open invoices and credits</li>
<li>Process and maintain all customer collections as a 3rd party</li>
<li>Corresponding with customers and vendors regarding payment status or other concerns regarding their account</li>
<li>Partnering with Expense team and other departments to resolve any expense – related issues</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with company expense policies and procedures</li>
<li>Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership</li>

Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>$23.00 - $25.00</li>
</ul>
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Preferred: Six Months (6 mo) – One (1) years’ experience in Accounting, bookkeeping or relevant field</li>
<li>Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Preferred: Proficiency in office software such as Excel and Microsoft Office Suite etc.</li>
</ul>
Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc.</li>
<li>Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis</li>
<li>Organizational Skills: Ability to fulfill executive directions in a timely manner; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines</li>

Expense Accounting Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW
 
The Security Officer is responsible for, but not limited to, under general supervision, protecting property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves orders and may enforce regulations about personnel, visitors, and premises.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Monitor security cameras
 Patrol the company premises (internally and externally)
 Monitor incoming and departing vehicles
 Drive the company car both on and off company property as required
 Other assigned duties as required
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
40-hour work week, with two consecutive days off. Hours and days off are to be determined by seniority. Weekends are required, as seniority and positions of leadership dictate the schedule.
 
Overtime is available based on business needs, overtime is primarily voluntary, but sometimes mandatory to meet work requirements on rare occasions.
 A valid driver's license and active guard card are REQUIRED.
 
Rate: $17.00/hour
 
$0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift 3 pm-11 pm.
 $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift 11 pm-7 am
 
Must have a Valid CT Guard Card
 Must have a Valid Driver’s License
 CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
