About Fuels &amp; Low Carbon Technology: F&amp;LCT is a team of over 300 technologists, scientists and engineers who provide pioneering solutions to support bp&rsquo;s Fuels, Refining, Bioenergy and Hydrogen businesses. We also support the Technology group through Innovation Management, Modelling, Digital Science and our academic research programmes.
Let me tell you about the role:
Refining and Advanced Fuels Technology (RFT) consists of over 120 people who work closely with business groups to assure the quality of our fuels along the whole of the Fuels Supply Chain - from our Refineries and 3rd party suppliers to our Customers and Products businesses. We also develop differentiated fuels products for retail customers and deploy these into global markets. The range of fuel products is evolving as part of the energy transition, with a growing number of bio-based fuel offers. The RFT team run technical programs to understand and mitigate the risk of processing bio-based feedstocks in our refinery assets.
You will be part of the Quality Assurance and Technical Support team being built in India. The team will work in partnership with the regional technology and business teams to assure the quality of our fuel products along global supply chains.
What you will Deliver:
Putting Safety first, always. Promote a speak-up culture and a psychologically safe team environment.
Prepare reports/data on Fuels Product Quality for the bp regional safety and operation risk committee (SORCs), as required.
Work with the Americas, Europe and South Africa, and Asia Pacific regions to deliver targeted support along the fuels supply chain, from refineries and import terminals up to and including our retail customers.
Support testing and assurance programs globally including assessing the strength of our barriers to a quality risk event.
Analyse emerging trends in fuels quality assurance globally and provide data driven recommendations.
Supports assurance of fuels quality along global supply chains by performing routine assessment/audits of bp and 3rd party facilities &ndash; including laboratories and terminals.
Contributes to root cause analysis investigations (or equivalent methodology) following product quality incidents, including drafting of reports.
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in science or engineering.
5+ years of experience in Fuels Quality Assurance or from a process manufacturing industry.
Hydrocarbon fuels supply chain or refining experience &ndash; gathered from technology, engineering, projects or operations.
Key contributor to quality assurance assessments for the hydrocarbon fuels industry.
An understanding of risk management approaches, specific to the quality assurance of transport fuels.
Expertise in Root Cause Analysis or equivalent methodology
Understanding of fuels technical regulations and industry best practice, to be able to advise operations teams, as a second line of defense to quality incidents.
Excellent partner to the business / team player.

Job Description
The Senior Team Leader role exists to manage and supervise the team responsible for the delivery of services related to Supply Chain within the Lead to Stock and Order to Cash area.
The Senior Team Leader will manage a team of Supply Chain Experts that have primary responsibility for providing analytical support to the Castrol Demand Management process; covering activities across Demand Planning and Forecasting, Demand Execution and Demand Control; managing the production planning processes for items manufactured by BP plants or Third parties, ensuring we have the right products, at the right time and in the right place to meet customer demand and inventory targets across the performance unit.
The team is also responsible for primary and secondary export distribution, including order entry, availability check and allocation as well as delivery planning and scheduling with the warehouse, freight forwarders and preparation of the necessary export and billing documentation for the customers.
The Senior Chain Team Leader is also the focal/ critical issue point for our 4PL and 3PL logistics partners, production plants, Sales and Demand working together with them on improvements and holding them accountable for providing the most effective solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional:
Lead and review operational performance for the team regularly against the defined objectives (Service Level agreements, processes, policies) and plan corrective actions accordingly to ensure the organizations timely delivery of:
Demand Management services to Castrol
Production and 3rd Party Planning services
Planning Master data and NPI analytics processes
Export activities, primary and secondary distribution
Lead and/or support external/internal audits, identify and control risk and drive incident investigations.
Ensure adherence and compliance with the Code of Conduct, BP Policies and ISO standards across the Demand Management organization.

Demand management:
Coordinate consolidated response to regional Demand activities including prioritization of Customer Demand, focal point for the Regional Demand Organization.
Production planning &amp; Deployment Requisition planning:
Creates a robust and feasible packed goods deployment plan of what needs to be shipped from the source plant location across the distribution network to ensure that stock availability is improved, and stock obsolescence is minimized
Works closely with the rest of the regional planning team to ensure stock is available across the distribution network to meet customer service target levels within agreed inventory budget levels
Creates an achievable production plan for the next 24 months
Works with the S&amp;OP Manager to develop robust plant Rough Cut Capacity Plans (RCCP) for all filling lines and key blenders to resolve capacity imbalances in the medium to long term horizon.
Works closely with the NPI &amp; Product Lifecycle Manager to ensure that product plans are reflected in the production plans and are driven to agreed timelines and deliverables e.g. managing then phase in and phase out of stocks
Working with Master Data Administrators and Plant Schedulers to ensure production planning master data is accurate and reflects reality with regular reviews are in place to drive improvements.
Works with the plant MRP teams to ensure the correct stocking policy is embraced for bulk intermediate oils and the right levels of safety stocks are being planned.
Facilitates the monthly Plant Supply Reviews for the plants in their Cluster.
Export management:
Ensure adherence and compliance to the relevant customs clearance regulations and related tax regulations
Ensure adherence and compliance with ADR regulations (Dangerous Goods regulations)
Ensure adherence and compliance with Excise goods regulations and related taxation
Regularly run analysis on Loss Funnel commitments around drop sizes and transport costs, ensure best transport options are picked, in line with our budgetary limits
Manage and supervise operational activities of the team including:
&ndash; Coordination of transportation and Storage &amp; Handling daily operations
&ndash; Ensuring and follow up BP HSSE rules and policies are aligned with for all Storage &amp; Handling and transportation activities
&ndash; Working closely with logistics providers (4PL, 3PLs); warehouse operators, customs agents and customers to manage logistics queries, complaints and to optimize and improve service
&ndash; Maintain freight costing data in SAP in order to ensure a correct estimation of logistics providers invoices
Service Management &amp; Continuous Improvement:
Run and analyse relevant reports, review the operational performance of the team on a regular basis to ensure performance as per agreed service levels, key management metrics and goals and plan corrective action accordingly.
Plan, develop and monitor implementation of quality and process improvement by employing technology, continuous improvement initiatives, best practices and data-driven management. Track progress and suggest recommendations for improvement as required
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and external stakeholders at relevant levels.

The Senior AR Collections Analyst is accountable for timely and accurate recording of collections, direct debit run and match invoices into the AR ledgers. The main responsibility is to post cash to outstanding invoices and undertake the reconciliation of a variety of currency account reconciliations, added to several specific accounting tasks from simple to medium transactions. Acting as support to the collections team, to ensure customer accounts are supervised are tightly controlled and aligned with BP Policy. Key Responsibilities-
Understand the business and drive execution/Operations:
Perform the day-to-day processing of cheques, Direct Debit run, EFT/wire transfers, AR transactions to ensure that cash receipts are recorded in the AR ledger on an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
Review and process refund transactions, deductions and other differences in adherence with the policy.

Supervise and reconcile monthly, quarterly and yearly reports in charge of account reconciliation related queries
Monitor credit and/ or cash and banking fraud violations and inform / involve all relevant collaborators within their Delegation of Authority
Provide support to the whole AR / Collections /Cash and Banking or Treasury/ team to ensure delivery of the team&rsquo;s agreed targets.
Take care of a wide variety of ad-hoc queries and monitoring of customers&rsquo; accounts consistent with BP&rsquo;s credit standards.
Responsible for researching and resolving problems within designated guidelines and researching through multiple database resources and coordinating with collection teams /and or directly with customers as necessary.

Role synopsis

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer &ndash; Facilities to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of facility-related projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer &ndash; Facilities, you will be responsible for:
Leading and coordinating all phases of facility project execution, from design development to commissioning.
Developing and implementing robust project execution plans, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and methodologies.
Managing project and construction safety protocols, fostering a strong Project HSSE culture throughout all project activities.
Overseeing the quality of work performed, implementing rigorous quality control measures to meet project specifications and standards.
Conducting comprehensive requirements management, ensuring all project deliverables align with stakeholder needs and expectations.
Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks through effective Risk Management strategies.
Developing and managing project schedules and resources, optimizing allocation to achieve project milestones efficiently.
Managing supplier relationships and conducting sourcing management activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, employing strong Stakeholder Management and conflict resolution skills.
Supporting the commissioning of new facilities and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.

10+ Years
Minimum of 6 years&rsquo; experience in the oil and gas industry or a related sector
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in Project Engineering, specifically within facilities management or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in Commissioning and Construction project lifecycles.
Strong understanding and practical application of Design development and delivery principles.
Proficiency in various Frameworks and methodologies for project management.
In-depth knowledge of Project and construction safety standards and Project HSSE best practices.
Exceptional skills in Project execution planning, Schedule and resources management.
Solid experience in Quality control and assurance processes.
Ability to effectively perform Requirements Management and Risk Management.
Experience with Sourcing Management and Supplier Relationship Management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability in Conflict Management and Stakeholder Management.

   Supplier Performance / Relationship Management

   Develop jointly agreed performance measurement criteria / frameworks with suppliers in order to continuously monitor and improve supplier performance, ensuring these are embedded with contracts. Perform / co-ordinate / support supplier performance management activities, including the collation of performance data, support for supplier performance reviews and driving continuous improvements / performance improvements as required with other business stakeholders.

   Support strategic supplier relationship management efforts including supply base segmentation, supporting supplier relationship management reviews, and driving supply side innovation as required with other business stakeholders.

   Engage and work collaboratively with business stakeholders on a regional basis to enable the effective development and/ or delivery of category sourcing strategies and plans plus post contract supplier management activities as necessary.
