BP3 seeks to build a strong pipeline of skilled UX Designers to design enterprise business software applications that meet business owners&rsquo; and end-users&rsquo; needs. While immediate positions are not currently available, we&rsquo;re preparing for growth and will start hiring in the near future.
We are looking for a UX Designer to work with our team of designers and developers at one of BP3's clients. In this role you will shape intuitive, enterprise-grade experiences that automate complex workflows for telecom construction. You&rsquo;ll lead discovery and design from conception through to delivery, turning challenging business requirements into clear, elegant interfaces for busy field and administrative users.
You should be an analytical and creative UX designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems in an agile environment. You should possess the ability to gather and comprehend business requirements as well as technical limitations. You can effectively take data from user research and translate it into user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
A deep understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies, enterprise software, and working with complex experiences is a requirement. Success in the role requires an innovative mind, ownership mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional user experience. Individuals in this role must be user-focused, analytical, highly creative, with strong verbal and written communication skills. A strong portfolio of successful UX Design projects is essential.
We are looking for candidates in the Denver CO area who will primarily work in person with the local product team at our client's offices.
What you will do:<ul>
<li>
Lead end-to-end design: discovery flows wireframes annotated high-fidelity mockups</li>
<li>Run research: stakeholder &amp; SME interviews and workshops, moderated user interviews, moderated usability testing and surveys; synthesize insights into actionable direction</li>
<li>Master complexity: translate rules, edge cases and integrations into simple workflows that advocate for automation opportunities to remove steps and errors</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally: with Product, Business, SMEs, Engineering, QA, Users and Compliance</li>
<li>Contribute to the design system: create and document reusable patterns, states and guidance to raise UI quality and consistency</li>
<li>Measure and iterate: partner with business and product to define success metrics, test and refine designs</li>

Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.</li><li>3 or more years of professional UX Design experience, including interaction design and information architecture work.</li><li>Consulting experience.</li><li>Experience designing complex, multi-layer desktop and web applications for enterprise users.</li><li>Strong portfolio of completed design projects with case studies showing your design process and contributions.</li><li>Experience working closely with Product Management/Product Owners to deliver valuable and usable applications.</li><li>Expertise in Figma or other standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD and the like is a must.</li><li>Experience creating or applying visual design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and systems architecture skills are a plus.</li><li>Experience in applying UX design best practices.</li><li>Experience working on Agile teams and the ability to evangelize Agile UX to team members.</li><li>Experience with requirements analysis and story breakdown.</li><li>Experience with design systems.</li><li>Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as handling multiple projects at the same time.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
