Salary: Freelance / Notable Fee-ShareJob Type: Freelance &ndash; Fully Remote / Work from Home - Based in Dallas, TexasJob DescriptionA unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to join an expanding remote legal services provider, supported by a UK-based legal group with a growing U.S. footprint.This fully remote role offers flexibility, pre-qualified consultations, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality family law services to clients across the city of Dallas, Texas.The RoleAs a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Conduct pre-booked video consultations with clients on all types of family law matters within the city of Dallas.</li><li>Advising and representing clients in a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, asset division, domestic violence, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and modification proceedings</li><li>Manage your own active caseload with full remote flexibility</li><li>Share insights and collaborate with a wider legal team, when appropriate</li><li>Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and best practice standards</li><li>Availability for evening and weekend consultations (optional, but preferred)</li></ul>Essential Requirements<ul><li>Active Bar License.</li><li>Minimum two years&rsquo; experience handling family law cases</li><li>Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation in Texas State.</li><li>Client-focused, empathetic, and capable of building strong rapport remotely</li><li>Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously</li><li>Additional spoken languages are an advantage</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Freelance case work with notable fee-sharing model.</li><li>Remote-first setup &ndash; work from anywhere in Dallas, Texas.</li><li>A regular stream of pre-qualified client bookings - currently 2-3 per week.</li><li>Flexibility to choose your workload and availability</li><li>Full admin and CRM support for streamlined case management</li></ul>If you're an accomplished Family Law Attorney qualified to practice Family Law in Dallas who's looking for a flexible freelance opportunity, with a steady stream of meaningful client work, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Optional evening and weekend availability</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Contract Expected Hours: 5 &ndash; 20 per week Work Location: Fully RemoteJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Specifically, what days of the week and times during the day, including evenings and/or weekends, would you be available to take online pre-booked client consultations?</li><li>Are you bar-licensed to practice Family Law in Dallas, Texas?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
