Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: B.Tech, BCA, or BA (Minimum)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, specifically with: 1. GeM (Government e-Marketplace) 2. eProcurement 2.0 platform</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)</li><li>Familiarity with tools and software used in procurement and tendering processes</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and eProcurement 2.0 platforms. The candidate should possess excellent command over MS Excel and other tools used in procurement operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage procurement operations on GeM and eProcurement 2.0 portals.</li><li>End-to-end handling of tendering processes, bid preparation, vendor coordination, and contract management.</li><li>Prepare, review, and analyze purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Maintain procurement records and generate reports using MS Excel and other relevant tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of goods/services.</li><li>Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier performance.</li><li>Ensure adherence to government procurement guidelines and company policies.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve procurement strategies and workflows.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;42,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
