Job Title: Graphic Designer (with Motion Design &amp; Video Editing Experience)Experience: 3&ndash;4 years Location: [Gurgaon] Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in motion graphics and video editing. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital platforms&mdash;ranging from static creatives and brand collateral to engaging motion graphics and short-form videos. If you're someone who can blend storytelling with design, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design static and animated content for web, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, presentations, and internal communication.</li><li>Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animated videos, and reels for digital campaigns and product storytelling.</li><li>Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and overall visual quality.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-impact creatives.</li><li>Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all design outputs.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite&mdash;especially:</li><li>Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro</li><li>(Bonus: Adobe Animate, Audition, Figma, or Blender/Cinema4D)</li><li>A good eye for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting visual styles as per campaign needs.</li><li>A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic and motion work.</li><li>Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.</li><li>Knowledge of 2D/3D animation or interactive motion design.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing funnels, performance creatives, or e-commerce assets.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work on diverse creative projects with a dynamic team.</li><li>Collaborative, growth-oriented work culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;36,047.37 per monthWork Location: In person
