What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><p>
As a Leasing Consultant, you will blend sales strategy, customer service excellence, and operational precision to achieve leasing success.</p><p><b>
Drive Leasing Activity</b></p><ul><li>
Proactively generate leads through community outreach and direct marketing</li><li>
Distribute marketing materials and build local business relationships</li><li>
Conduct engaging property tours that convert prospects into residents</li><li>
Follow up consistently to secure leases and pre-leases</li><li>
Collaborate with the Property Manager to achieve rental and occupancy goals</li></ul><p><b>
Deliver Exceptional Resident Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Build strong, positive relationships with current and prospective residents</li><li>
Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently</li><li>
Maintain a welcoming and professional community atmosphere</li></ul><p><b>
Ensure Operational Excellence</b></p><ul><li>
Complete lease agreements and all required legal documentation accurately</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM and leasing systems</li><li>
Apply Federal and State Housing Regulations appropriately</li><li>
Monitor competing properties and stay informed on market trends</li></ul><p><b>
What You Bring</b></p><p><b>
Experience</b></p><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of leasing or sales experience required</li><li>
Customer service experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals</li></ul><p><b>
Skills &amp; Strengths</b></p><ul><li>
Strong closing and negotiation abilities</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Detail-oriented with paperwork and compliance</li><li>
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>
Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office (MRI experience a plus)</li></ul><p><b>
