BPM Architects is seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team in Kuwait. Position Overview

BPM is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our growing Client Accounting &amp; Advisory Services (CAAS) team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services to a diverse client base, while also supporting operational excellence and process improvements.

This individual will bring a strong technical foundation in accounting and bookkeeping, along with a leadership presence helping to support team development, workflow management, and local market growth.

At the Senior/Supervisor level, this role blends hands-on accounting execution with increasing responsibility in client management, team mentorship, and process leadership.

Perform and oversee core bookkeeping functions, including:

<li>General ledger maintenance</li>
<li>Accounts payable/receivable</li>
<li>Bank and credit card reconciliations</li>
<li>Month-end and year-end close</li>
<li>Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules</li>
<li>Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables</li>

<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiencies across engagements</li>

About the Role

BPM is seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing Private Client Services (PCS) or Flowthrough practice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and closely held businesses.

You will take ownership of complex tax engagements, collaborate with leadership, and play a key role in mentoring junior team members while building strong client relationships.

</h3><div><ul><li>Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and estates</li>
<li>Work on complex Flowthrough and/or PCS engagements, including real estate, family offices, and closely held business structures</li>
<li>Identify, research, and resolve tax technical issues and apply findings to client situations</li>
<li>Assist with tax planning strategies, projections, and entity structuring to optimize client outcomes</li>
<li>Collaborate with Managers and Directors on client deliverables and tax strategy execution</li>
