Essential Duties:

<ul><li>Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and similar solicitations to determine submission requirements and response strategy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, establish schedules, and monitor progress to ensure all deadlines and submission requirements are met.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prepare proposal content.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Draft and edit proposal sections such as executive summaries, cover letters, and other narrative components.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage the proposal development process including document organization, internal reviews, and final approvals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure all proposal materials meet client requirements and follow company branding, formatting, and quality standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform proofreading, editing, and formatting of proposal documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assemble and prepare final proposal packages for electronic or hard-copy submission.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct background research on potential clients, competitors, and project opportunities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with interview preparation materials and presentation development when proposals advance to the interview stage.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in proposal debriefs and lessons-learned reviews to improve future submissions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the development and maintenance of marketing content, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and other proposal resources.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Approximately 3&ndash;5 years of experience in proposal development or marketing, ideally within the A/E/C industry or government contracting environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to interpret solicitation requirements and develop organized, strategic responses.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information in a concise and compelling manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
Compensation:

This role works closely with leadership and employees to support HR administration, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR programs that contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

<ul><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.</li><li>
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans and eligibility.</li><li>
Support employee relations matters by assisting management with employee concerns, documentation, and policy interpretation.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.</li><li>
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.</li><li>
Support performance management processes including tracking review cycles, maintaining documentation, and assisting with performance improvement plans when necessary.</li><li>
Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.</li><li>
Assist with HR reporting and recordkeeping requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate employee training initiatives and support professional development programs.</li><li>
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company programs that support a positive workplace culture.</li><li>
Support payroll coordination by assisting with employee status changes, time-off tracking, and related documentation.</li><li>
Support and participate in recruitment activities.</li><li>
Perform related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.</li><li>
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>
Experience supporting benefits administration, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR operations.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.</li><li>
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HRIS systems preferred.</li><li>
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>
