We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in the Interior Fit-Out / Construction industry to manage day-to-day material procurement, vendor coordination, and project support. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials, cost efficiency, and process transparency across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and verify material requests from project sites as per BOQ and project scope.</li><li>Source and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality materials.</li><li>Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after management approval.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for on-time material delivery.</li><li>Maintain daily procurement and delivery status reports.</li><li>Support project and site teams by ensuring zero material delays.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation &ndash; RFQs, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.</li><li>Track pending items and report daily updates to the Procurement Manager.</li><li>Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and budgets.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Supply Chain Management.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase (Must be from interior fit-out).</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior materials and market vendors.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation handling.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Vendor Management</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Cost Control</li><li>Procurement Coordination</li><li>BOQ Understanding</li><li>Material Planning</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your updated CV to hr@brcreative.co.in Subject line: Application &ndash; Procurement ExecutiveJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in procurement or purchasing?</li><li>Have you worked in the interior fit-out or construction industry before?</li><li>Are you familiar with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material verification processes?</li><li>Do you have experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and preparing purchase orders (POs)?</li><li>What is your current or last drawn CTC and expected CTC?</li><li>Are you currently based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate?</li><li>What is your notice period or earliest joining date?</li><li>Why do you think you are a good fit for this role?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
