Responsibilities:
<ul><li><div>Receiving and processing legal process documents such as levies, subpoenas, garnishments, and attachments.</div></li><li><div>
Handling telephone inquiries and requests from customers and staff members.</div></li><li><div>
Performing daily departmental tasks and coordinating research with staff in other departments.</div></li><li><div>
Communicating with customers, Branch supervisors, and government agents while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.</div></li><li><div>
Researching bank records for deceased depositors and flagging accounts as necessary.</div></li><li><div>
Completing Federal Backup Withholding processing and State Bar Trust reporting.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting Central Services Assistant Manager in various ways as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Using online systems to obtain necessary information for customer inquiries and transfer requests.</div></li><li><div>
Preparing closing documents for Auto Charge-Off Demand Deposit and Savings accounts.</div></li><li><div>
Preparing correspondence as required.</div></li><li><div>
Reporting all suspect fraud, altered, or fictitious check returns to the supervisor.</div></li><li><div>
Reviewing departmental reports for suspicious account activity.</div></li></ul><div></div><ul><li><div><br>
These responsibilities ensure that the bank's legal operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing legal support to customers and internal staff.</div></li></ul>

and implementation studies of potential computer applications to determine the

advisability and profitability of adapting complex EDP techniques to Navy Federal

functional areas. Plan, coordinate and organize projects and project teams. Oversee
<br>
full lifecycle project implementation and exercise full technical knowledge of all
<br>
phases of applications systems analysis. Act as supervisor in the incumbent's
<br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Design and document complex technical solutions to functional systems
</li></ul>requirements including feasibility evaluation, technical architecture, logical data

models, system processes, programs and modules, testing and conversion
<br>
procedures, and detailed design function specifications, and program specifications
<br>
<ul><li>Direct and develop cross departmental and highly visible complex projects and
</li></ul>assign tasks

<ul><li>May review and approve work of staff and ensure adherence to user requirements
