BROdenim, a retail and e-commerce clothing brand, is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of our brand. BROdenim produces a variety of apparel items such as hoodies, t-shirts, joggers, hats, and custom patches for customers to personalize their clothing.The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating unique designs for apparel, patches, and fashion proofs for custom orders placed on Shopify. This full-time, salaried position offers the chance to lead innovative, exciting projects in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design Leadership: Lead the creative process, bringing BROdenim&rsquo;s vision to life through original designs for apparel including hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, hats, and more.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product design, merchandising, and brand teams to uncover design opportunities and translate them into creative strategies and visual identities.</li><li>Creative Ideation &amp; Execution: Lead brainstorming sessions, present ideas to senior leadership, and manage creative projects from concept to completion.</li><li>Custom Patch &amp; Apparel Design: Design custom patches for customers to personalize their garments and develop fashion proofs for customized orders on Shopify.</li><li>Collaboration with Production: Partner with production and e-commerce teams to ensure the designs align with the brand identity and are properly executed from concept to finished product.</li><li>Trend Awareness: Stay updated with fashion trends and incorporate relevant insights into design strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within product design, marketing, branding, or agency environments.</li><li>Expertise in multiple design disciplines, including graphic design, art direction, motion graphics.</li><li>Expertise in Instagram and TikTok. Must be familiar with both platforms.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator for proof layouts</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools, Figma, and 3D design tools.</li><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-level storytelling, fashion experience, and brand identity work.</li><li>Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing time and resources to deliver top-quality creative output.</li><li>Creative &amp; Detail-Oriented: Passion for creativity and innovation with a sharp eye for detail and visual excellence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02114
