Job description 
The aim of your Job is to provide a first-class service to our customers whenever and however they contact us. You develop a closer relationship with our Customers and Sales Team, using a proactive approach to help drive sales through our Business. Furthermore, you maintain a close relationship with all other members of the Brady offer sales team to reach our common KPI&rsquo;s and sales targets.
Your Tasks:
<ul><li>Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our Internal and External customers, by responding to incoming contact through telephone and e-mail within agreed timeframe</li>
<li>Use time effectively and efficiently to process all incoming orders or queries</li>
<li>Communicate at all times with the customer on delivery times and dates by liaising with internal suppliers when appropriate</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints as well as other queries (e.g. invoices) and solve difficult problems with effective solutions in accordance with Brady Organizational procedures</li>
<li>Calculate quotes on behalf of customers and sales team</li>
<li>Account set up and amendments to customer records as specified by customers and sales team</li>
<li>Promote sales of Brady products &amp; services through order building, therefore maximizing the sales opportunities as presented throughout</li>
<li>Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times</li>
<li>Provide sales support (as defined) for internal and external sales team</li>
<li>Understand how our solutions fit into the market place to support customers with product advice and knowledge</li>
<li>Liaise with internal suppliers on behalf of customers when resolving queries on delivery and complaints</li>
<li>Use the Brady CRM tool to effectively communicate new companies, contacts, lead generation, business opportunities and assign tasks to the appropriate channels, as defined</li>
<li>Actively review the open order book to ensure all orders ship in a timely manner</li>
<li>To attend exhibitions, meetings and training sessions to support the Brady offer as required</li>
</ul>
 
Profile 
<ul>
<li>Team-orientated personality with problem solving talent</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in an office Customer Service role, dealing with colleagues from different countries</li>
<li>A good understanding of Excel, including the creation of formulas, knowledge of Tiger 3 and SAP software systems</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (fluent in the local language and confident use of the English language)</li>
<li>Certainly, a can-do attitude, quick learner and can demonstrate commercial thinking as well as strong customer focus</li>
<li>Logical thinkers &ndash; we sometimes need to be detectives and look outside of the norm to find route causes of issues or find a quick solution for a customer</li>
