About the Role</h2> 
We're growing our AI Deployment team in Abu Dhabi and Doha, with a dedicated focus on financial services and private equity clients. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of AI product delivery and customer engagement, helping define, shape, and drive AI-powered solutions for banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies. 
You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, investment professionals, and senior stakeholders to translate complex financial and commercial needs into actionable technical solutions. As the voice of the customer, you'll lead agile delivery cycles, contribute to value creation across sponsor-backed assets, and foster long-term relationships built on trust and measurable impact.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Define &amp; Prioritize Features: Partner with financial services clients and PE sponsors to identify high-impact problems across the investment lifecycle (diligence, portfolio operations, risk, and reporting) and define AI-driven product features to address them.</li><li>
Translate Business Needs: Convert customer requirements, investment theses, and operational pain points into clear technical specifications and use cases for internal data science and engineering teams.</li><li>
Support AI Diligence &amp; Value Creation: Contribute to deep-dive assessments of target companies' AI strategies, data infrastructure, and technical maturity. Help shape value creation plans that connect AI capabilities to commercial outcomes within sponsor-backed assets.</li><li>
Lead Agile Delivery: Oversee agile sprints and deployment timelines, ensuring timely, high-quality, and audit-ready solution delivery in regulated financial environments.</li><li>
Bridge Strategy &amp; Technology: Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable recommendations for investment committees, portfolio executives, and senior client stakeholders.</li><li>
Drive Adoption: Travel regionally to engage with users, onboard stakeholders across deal teams and portfolio companies, and gather direct feedback to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams including data scientists, engineers, and product leads.</li><li>
Act as Customer Champion: Build trusted relationships with senior financial sponsors, investors, and operating executives, ensuring the long-term success of deployed solutions.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We're Looking For</h2>
Experience:<ul><li>
2-4+ years of professional experience with meaningful exposure to both AI/ML and financial services (banking, asset management, private equity, or fintech).</li><li>
Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity, investment banking, AI/product companies (e.g., Palantir, Google, Amazon), or technical roles at financial institutions preferred.</li><li>
Experience contributing to diligence processes, strategic analysis, technical evaluations, or enterprise AI deployments.</li><li>
Startup or high-growth operating experience a plus; comfort with ambiguity and moving fast.</li></ul>
Technical Fluency:<ul><li>
Strong technical literacy in AI/ML, with the ability to evaluate data pipelines, model strategies, and infrastructure at a high level.</li><li>
Ability to discuss and assess technical trade-offs with engineering teams and translate them for non-technical investment and business audiences.</li><li>
Familiarity with financial data, workflows, and the regulatory considerations relevant to deploying AI in financial services is a strong plus.</li></ul>
Communication &amp; Relationship Skills<ul><li>
Executive-level communication; proven ability to influence senior sponsors, investors, portfolio executives, and enterprise clients.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify technical details for non-technical audiences and craft compelling strategic narratives.</li></ul>
Execution &amp; Ownership<ul><li>

The Role
As our part-time IT Support Engineer, you&rsquo;ll be the frontline of our IT operations &mdash; keeping a fast-growing team unblocked while supporting the corporate security programs that keep Brain Co. safe. You&rsquo;ll own help desk, onboarding, offboarding, and access requests, working closely with the Security &amp; IT team. There&rsquo;s room to grow into a full-time role as the team scales.
What You&rsquo;ll Work On
Help Desk &amp; Employee Support<ul><li>
First-line IT support for a 70+ person team &mdash; hardware, software, and account issues</li><li>
On-site and remote support across macOS and Windows</li><li>
Maintain runbooks and self-service resources to reduce repeat requests</li></ul>
Onboarding<ul><li>
Own Day 1 setup end-to-end: accounts, devices, and Okta provisioning</li><li>
Execute provisioning workflows and fulfill access requests per our access entitlement model</li><li>
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers on start dates and equipment needs</li></ul>
Offboarding<ul><li>
Run offboarding on last days: disable accounts, revoke access, recover equipment</li><li>
Keep offboarding logs accurate and audit-ready for SOC 2</li></ul>
Access Requests<ul><li>
Own the access request queue and fulfill approved requests within our 2-hour SLA</li><li>
Route Tier 2/3 requests to the right approvers and track to resolution</li></ul>
AV, Network &amp; MENA Offices<ul><li>
Support conference room AV across office locations &mdash; setup, troubleshooting, and keeping meetings running</li><li>
Help maintain office network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues</li><li>
Serve as the IT point-of-contact for our MENA offices &mdash; remote support, new hire setup, and hardware logistics</li></ul>
