You will be involved with daily rehabilitation in a residential setting to include assisting with cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, budgeting and other independent living skills. Duties also include helping plan and implement in-home and community-based activities to meet the needs and desires of the participants, helping them work on their individual goals and documenting their progress.We have PRN and full-time availability for the role at this time.Competencies:. Willingness to serve othersResponsibilities and Duties:Essential Job Functions:&middot; Responsible for the overall care and well-being of participants.&middot; Formulate and input documentation within an electronic data base.&middot; Administer medications (training for QMAP Certification will be provided if not already certified).&middot; Assist participants with daily living skills including laundry, cooking and housekeeping, grooming, etc.&middot; Help coordinate participant activities.&middot; Maintain a professional and positive attitude.&middot; Experience dealing with difficult situations.Qualifications and Requirements:&middot; High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.&middot; State of Colorado Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification is preferred, but if not held Company will pay for QMAP Training and certification depending on shift and duties.&middot; Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Applicants under 18 will not be considered.&middot; Must possess basic cooking skills/knowledge.&middot; Current CPR/First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is preferred, but if not held Company will pay for training and certification.&middot; Must have written and computer skills.
