Job Title: Administrative ExecutiveLocation: Brain Light Child Development Center A103, Sector 2, Greater Noida West Employment Type: Full-timeAbout Us:Brain Light Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary center dedicated to supporting children with special needs through therapies like Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and Behavioral Interventions. Our mission is to provide compassionate, structured, and child-centered care to help each child reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and front desk operations</li><li>Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins</li><li>Maintain session schedules and coordinate with therapists and parents</li><li>Record attendance, manage appointments, and rescheduling requests</li><li>Maintain records of billing, receipts, and payments</li><li>Support HR activities like staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for supplies and maintenance</li><li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the center</li><li>Help in creating monthly reports and performance tracking</li><li>Support marketing and event coordination efforts as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)</li><li>Prior experience in an administrative or front office role (preferred)</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic tech handling</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi</li><li>Compassionate and professional attitude, especially when dealing with children and parents</li></ul>Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM (Sundays off)Benefits:<ul><li>Friendly and growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunities to learn about child development and therapy services</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth within the organization</li></ul>To apply, send your resume to: infobrainlighttherapy@gmail.com Contact: 9971719812 Website: www.brainlight.inJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
