Sr. Graphics Designer &ndash; Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create compelling graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.</li><li>Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive visual campaigns.</li><li>Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.</li><li>Prepare final artwork and files for print or online publishing.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or related role.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into compelling visuals.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing a range of design work.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Optional)<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX principles.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.</li><li>Experience working with brand guidelines and marketing teams.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Able to work in US Shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
