About the Role Brainiac Beauty Events is looking for a creative, social media&ndash;savvy intern who loves content creation, beauty, and events. If you're always thinking of Reel or TikTok ideas, enjoy capturing aesthetic moments, and want real hands-on experience growing a beauty brand, this internship is for you.As a content creator, you&rsquo;ll help create and promote content for our popular Makeup Tutorial Parties that bring everyday women together for fun, glam, and empowerment!What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create and schedule content for TikTok and Instagram</li><li>Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) for event promotion and fun engagement</li><li>Design simple graphics using Canva</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes content at events when applicable</li><li>Research social media trends and help brainstorm viral content ideas</li><li>Engage with our community through comments, messages, and posts</li><li>Research and manage influencer partnerships</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Active on Instagram and TikTok and understand current trends</li><li>Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content</li><li>Familiar with Canva or basic design tools</li><li>Creative, organized, and proactive</li><li>Interested in beauty, events and digital marketing</li><li>Friendly, approachable, emotionally mature</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Real experience creating content for a growing brand</li><li>Portfolio content for social media and marketing roles</li><li>Exposure to event marketing and influencer partnerships</li><li>Networking opportunities with founders, creators, and beauty professionals</li></ul>Hours4-5 hrs/ week90% remote10% in-person (Catonsville, MD) (Weekends)Duration of the internship is negotiable (minimum 8 weeks)Job Type: InternshipPay: $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Catonsville, MD 21228
