The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring smooth project delivery and continuous product improvement. Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (ERP) to lead end-to-enddelivery of ERP implementation, upgrade, and integration projects. The ideal candidatewill bring a strong combination of project management expertise, technicalunderstanding, and ERP domain knowledge, with the ability to manage globalstakeholders and drive successful delivery outcomes.2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Project Delivery &amp;amp; Execution Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations (Discovery &rarr; Design &rarr; Build &rarr; Test &rarr;Deploy &rarr; Support) Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models2.2 Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, andvendors Communicate effectively with CXOs, business users, and technical teams Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high client satisfaction2.3 Technical Oversight Understand ERP architecture, integrations, and data flows Oversee API integrations, data migration strategies, and system customizations Collaborate with architects and development teams for solution validation2.4 Governance &amp;amp; Compliance Establish and enforce project governance frameworks Conduct steering committee meetings and status reporting Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g.,SOX)2.5 Risk &amp;amp; Issue Management Identify, track, and mitigate project risks proactively Manage change requests and scope control Handle issue resolution and escalation effectively2.6 Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, QA, integration) Mentor project managers, leads, and consultants Drive team performance, accountability, and engagement2.7 Go-Live &amp;amp; Hypercare Ensure production readiness including data validation, user training, and cutoverplanning Manage post-go-live hypercare and stabilization phase3. Technical Skills Strong understanding of ERP architecture and enterprise system integrations Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integration frameworks Knowledge of data migration tools and strategies Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud)5. Project Management Skills Expertise in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe)6.
